Silverdale Medical is open to receive new enrolments to the Practice
Monique is Silverdale Medical’s new Health Coach, and she’s thrilled to join the team. With a strong background in sports nutrition, health consulting, community support, and youth work, she brings both knowledge and enthusiasm to her role. She studied at Otago University, earning a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Sports Nutrition and Advanced Nutrition Practice.
Monique is originally from Pukekohe and has always had a passion for health and wellbeing. As a Health Coach, she supports Silverdale Medical patients to make meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes—whether that’s boosting physical activity, improving nutrition, managing stress, understanding medications or chronic conditions, or reducing future health risks.
She’s excited to connect with patients and help them feel their best while working toward their personal health goals.
Outside of work, Monique stays busy with walking, hiking, gym sessions, beach time, and running. She also enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and whānau. Finding balance between movement, food, and fun is something she values deeply—and loves helping others discover it too.
